jam crashes when passed --help option

Description
Windows 7 SP1 x64, VS2010 SP1.
I built jam from git head using "jmake.bat", and typed "jam --help", and... it crashed. OK, so I should have typed just "jam -h", but I think I fixed it anyway.
See patch - it should be obvious what the problem is/was, especially if you step through in the debugger while watching `scriptPath'.
I recently switched off Windows 7's Application Compatibility Assistant, so perhaps this would normally hide the crash or work around it somehow.

Just for completeness :) - in my bug description, "git head" = 6c5db260252d649bd7de0a42eb9417f77435d244
