Description
The GCC support was removed for the release of JamPlus. When the bootstrapping is done, build in GCC support.

This will not be fully implemented in 0.3, but a great deal of the work will be available for that release.

Some form of this is in, as it now works on Mac OS X. Individual bugs can be added for other missing features.
